Tonight Jeffrey and I got to Big M just as an enormous cloud burst overhead. Jeffrey was enthralled by the umbrella. We’ve never used one yet.
When we got home, there were huge puddles all over the driveway. Jeffrey immediately fell in one.
This was a great deal of fun. Much splashing commenced. I figured he was already wet, where was the harm?

Morgan loves the umbrella–so much so that she tries to grab onto it and hold it herself (she’s almost two, ya know….she doesn’t need Mommy anymore, apparently!!). We end up soaked. But, it’s fun 🙂

What a fun picture! My son gives me such a sad face and tells me that “sissy has an umbella but he doesn’t.” I need to get him one of his own!

I hope that never changes…the curiosity and wanting to play outside in the rain.
i take beanie outside when it rains, she loves it. Someday she too will be splashing in the puddles, maybe someday they can splash together!
